Jill Prosser, owner and certified Stott Pilates® Instructor has been fully certified through the Stott Pilates® Intensive Certification Program. Her specialized training includes:

Massage with Scott

Scott Corliss is a Nationally Certified and licensed massage therapist in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.  He completed his massage training at Seacoast Career Schools in Manchester, NH (900 accredited hours) in March 2007 and became NH licensed in August 2007.   Scott is currently employed at Elements Therapeutic Massage in Andover/N. Andover, MA since December 2007.  He is also an independent contractor for New England Travel Chair LLC.  In May 2009, Scott will earn his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from New England College in Henniker, NH.  Scott specializes in Sports and Deep Tissue massage but is also trained in Swedish massage, Prenatal massage and Hot Stone massage.  Whether clients want to destress from the day or they have specific issues that need to be addressed, Scott will make sure they receive the best massage possible.  His goals include continuing to grow his knowledge through continuing education and is not afraid of trying new things to enhance his treatments.

Outside of massage, Scott actively participates in the martial arts and has done so for the last 15 years.  The style he practices in is called Isshin-Ryu Karate which is a traditional Okinawan style of martial art.  He trains in Northborough, MA and is a 4th degree black belt.  He also enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking.  Scott is a native Portsmouth resident and is a Portsmouth High School graduate.
