Your heart is
the most important muscle in your body - and cardiovascular training is
the key to a healthy body and a strong heart. I have found that having
a mindful indoor-cycling program is the best way to realize these benefits in an
indoor setting. Our classes run 55 minutes and include warm up and cool
down periods. It is strongly recommended that you come prepared with a
heart rate monitor as we will be training within different heartrate parameters. Different
cycling drills will be implemented including "Spinervals" by Chris
Carmichael. Be prepared for loud music and lots of fun!. (A few heart rate monitors are available for loan on a
first-come, first-serve basis.) Classes are limited to 10 participants.

Padded
cycling shorts and spin shoes are highly recommended but not required.
Our indoor-cycling bikes are equipped with cleats on the pedals as well as toe
clips. Please be sure to bring a large bottle of water to class with
you.
